HSSE

Safety. Integrity. Performance.

At DE COON SERVICES LIMITED, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) is at the heart of everything we do.
Our operations are guided by a proactive safety culture that ensures zero harm to people, assets, and the environment while delivering excellence across all engineering, maintenance, and project activities.

We operate under a robust, certified management system that integrates ISO standards, international oilfield best practices, and client-specific HSE frameworks, ensuring that every project is executed safely, sustainably, and to global benchmarks.

Our HSSE Management Framework

Our HSSE Management System (HSSE-MS) aligns with:

  • ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management
  • ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management

Each standard is embedded into our day-to-day operations, ensuring that risk is identified, controlled, and mitigated at every phase — from project planning to field execution.

Safety Culture

We foster a “Safety-First” mindset across all levels of the organization:

  • Mandatory Toolbox Talks and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) before every task
  • Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) systems for equipment isolation
  • Regular Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) observations and coaching
  • Incident-free operations encouraged through our “Stop Work Authority” (SWA) initiative
  • Zero Tolerance for unsafe acts and non-compliance

Every team member is empowered to take ownership of safety — from the workshop floor to offshore sites.

Environmental Stewardship

We are committed to minimizing our ecological footprint:

  • Efficient waste management and recycling programs
  • Spill prevention and control procedures
  • Responsible chemical handling and disposal
  • Energy conservation through optimized equipment operation
  • Continuous improvement programs to reduce emissions and carbon intensity

Environmental protection is not an afterthought — it’s part of our operational DNA.
